PremierCare Website

Premiercare is a set of insurance products aimed at the elderly by one of our clients, Mark Bates Ltd.

Working on the PremierCare website was very interesting because of the different target audience to what we often deal with. Accessibility was a prime concern, due to the older demographic of people who would be viewing the website, which is why we included simple options to increase text size, print pages and kept the pages very simple and easy to follow.

We simplified the insurance options through user-friendly step-by-step forms, informing the customer of what to do at each step, and providing suggestions of product based upon the options selected.
